Emerson Expands its Line of Coriolis Flowmeters
U.S.-based Emerson Process Management (Emerson) says it has expanded its line of flow meters with the addition of the Micro Motion ELITE CMFS sensor platform.
The product is aimed at a variety of applications, including chemical injection, production blending, process gas solutions, and batching operations in industries ranging from chemical, oil and gas to food and beverage.
The ELITE CMFS, part of the company's line of Coriolis flowmeters for smaller line sizes, offers nine sensor sizes and delivers ±0.05% liquid flow mass and volume accuracy, ±0.25% gas accuracy and ±0.0002 g/cc density accuracy for flow rates of 1 to 54,000 kilograms per hour.
The product is also available with Smart Meter Verification, allowing advanced diagnostics of meter health and performance without interrupting operations.
Emerson's Coriolis flow measurement technology is in use as part of Singapore based Ascenz Pte Ltd (Ascenz)'s fuel consumption and bunker monitoring systems.
