Glander International Bunkering Adds Two New Traders from its Internship Program

The two new traders, Ahmet Han (l) and Oleg Adamson (r), were said to have been selected from a large number of competitive applicants.

Glander International Bunkering Tuesday anounced it has added two new traders to its teams in Dubai and Geneva, both of whom are a product of its 2016 Internship Program

The two new traders, Ahmet Han and Oleg Adamson, were said to have been selected from a large number of competitive applicants, and were inducted into the six month program that allowed them to become full time Bunker & Lubricant traders.

Han, who is from Azerbaijan is now trading from the firm's Dubai office, while Adamson, hails from Estonia and now is trading from its Geneva office.

Commenting on the success of the internship program, Christoffer Berg Lassen, Managing Director and CEO, said: "I have always said that the future of our company lies in the hands of our people as finding and maintaining the right personnel is paramount.

"We are fortunate enough to attract a talented work force and this can be witnessed through our internship program with the addition of our two new Bunker & Lubricant traders Ahmet Han and Oleg Adamson."

The company says the "Glander International Bunkering Training Academy" program is designed to give promising talent a chance to get their feet onboard the maritime industry.
