Crude Futures Climb on Freeze Speculation

Crude futures climbed higher today on continual speculation that OPEC would freeze production output to January levels.
Over the past month, U.S. rig data has shown continual declines week after week but, crude prices have edged there way out of the $25.00-$30.00 per barrel range.
Bunker buyers should start working inquiries earlier as yesterdays prices might continue to look cheaper and cheaper.
Bunkers were firm today in the primary ports.
