TFG Marine and ZeroNorth Complete First E-BDN Trial in Mauritius
Global bunker supplier TFG Marine and maritime technology company ZeroNorth have completed the first trial of an e-BDN solution for bunker delivery at Port Louis, Mauritius.
The trial builds on TFG Marine’s e-BDN programme developed with ZeroNorth, TFG Marine said in an email statement on Tuesday.
It was first introduced in Singapore and later expanded to the Middle East through a trial at the Port of Sohar in Oman.
An electronic bunker delivery note (e-BDN) is a digital version of the traditional paper bunker delivery note used during bunker fuel deliveries.
Ports such as Singapore have mandated the use of e-BDN for bunker deliveries since April 2025.
|TFG Marine has been at the forefront of eBDN adoption since its introduction in Singapore, and this trial in Mauritius demonstrates the scalability of the solution across our global network,” Kenneth Dam, executive director of TFG Marine, said.
TFG Marine has been supplying marine fuel in Mauritius through its joint venture with Groupe Roland Maurel, known as TFG-GRM.
