IFO bunker prices ended the day lower today, but Ship & Bunker data showed that distillate movements were mixed in some markets.
Singapore IFO380 moved down $2.00 to $618.00 per metric tonne (pmt), for a week-on-week change of $+12.00. Low sulfur 380 cSt product (LS380) rose $10.00 to $668.50 making the premium for the Emissions Control Area (ECA) compliant fuel $50.50 pmt, while MGO was steady at $864.50 pmt, $15.00 higher than this time last week.
Rotterdam IFO380 was down $2.00 to $593.50 pmt for a gain of $14.00 over the last week, while LS380 fell $1.50 to $617.50, slightly widening the premium for the low sulfur product to $24.00 pmt. MGO was steady at $847.00 pmt, up $24.00 since last week.
Fujairah IFO380 sipped $1.50 to $627.50 pmt, while MGO at the port dropped $1.50 to $1010.50 pmt, a gain of $3.00 week-on-week.
Houston IFO380 was down for a second day, slipping $2.50 to $601.00 pmt for a week-on-week gain of $14.00. LS380 was down $5.00 to $651.50, $5.50 higher than this time last week but with a spread of $16.00 in that time. MGO was up $1.00 to $973.00 pmt.
