April Crude Futures Mixed

Crude prices for April delivery were mixed today but ended higher.

Both WTI and Brent contracts were down in early trading on fear that U.S. crude inventories witnessed another build last week, but this was not enough to keep crude prices down.

A rally in the U.S. equities market coupled with continual expectations of a production freeze were the main drivers of oil prices today.

Bunker prices were relatively soft early on but firmed as suppliers took advantage of the upside swing.
