Fathom Launches Second Edition of Ship Efficiency Guide
Maritime eco-efficiency specialist Fathom has announced in an emailed press release the launch of the second edition of its publication, Ship Efficiency: The Guide.
The guide, published with supporting partner BIMCO, examines fuel saving technologies, and analyses over 220 products, their claims, and viability.
"Fuel and emission saving is absolutely crucial to profitable future shipping operations," commented managing director Alison Jarabo-Martin.
"It is a mark of the rapid evolution of this market that the publication has over doubled in size since its first edition."
Fathom said the second edition guide contains new chapters, including "Energy Management Software Solutions," plus additional content, case studies, and expanded critique of the eco-efficiency technologies.
