Ship & Bunker data showed mixed bunker price movements in Europe and the wider EMEA region today.

Rotterdam IFO380 climbed for a third consecutive day rising $1.00 to $646.50 per metric tonne (pmt), up $9.00 week-on-week, and $34.00 higher than January 14, 2013. Low sulfur 380 cSt product (LS380) moved up $0.50 to $695.00 making the premium for the Emissions Control Area (ECA) compliant fuel $48.50 pmt. MGO was up $3.00 to $1003.00 pmt, an increase of $11.00 since last Wednesday.

Fujairah IFO380 rose for a sixth consecutive market day up $5.00 to $664.00 pmt, an increase of $16.00 week-on-week, and $43.50 higher than this time last month. MGO in Fujairah climbed for a third consecutive day rising $2.50 to $1009.00 pmt, $11.50 higher than last Wednesday, and the highest price since December 19, 2012.

Istanbul IFO380 was up $2.50 to $674.00 pmt, an increase of $6.00 week-on-week, and $15.50 higher than this time last month. MGO in the port climbed $9.00 to $1066.50 pmt, up $18.00 since last Wednesday, and $52.00 higher month-on-month.

Piraeus IFO380 slipped for a second consecutive day down $1.00 to $665.00 pmt, up $8.00 from last Wednesday, and $28.00 higher month-on-month. LS380 fell $6.00 to $748.50 making the premium for the low sulfur product $83.50 pmt. MGO moved down $1.50 to $1038.00 pmt, up $12.00 week-on-week.
