Mixed Bunker Price Movements on Tuesday

Bunker markets were mixed on Tuesday with key ports in the Americas seeing some gains while prices in many ports in Europe and Asia continued to fall.

IFO380 in Singapore fell for the third consecutive market day, the price moving down $1.50 to $592.50, while MGO moved up $2.00 to $861.50 per metric tonne (pmt).

Hong Kong saw a double-digit fall for IFO380, down $12.00 to $604.50, while MDO dropped $7.00 bringing the price to $870.00 pmt.

Rotterdam IFO380 and MGO both moved down for the third consecutive market day, dropping $1.00 to $574.50, and $4.00 to $862.00 pmt respectively.

Fujairah 380 cSt product made losses for the third consecutive market day, $1.00 was trimmed from the price bringing it to $599.00, while MGO gained $0.50 to $990.00 ending a run of four consecutive market day losses.

Houston IFO380 gained $2.50 moving the price up to $580.00, and MGO moved up $3.50 to $904.00.

LA / Long Beach IFO380 bunker prices moved up $6.00 to $603.00 pmt.

The Tuesday WTI spot price fell $2.08 (-2.42%) to close at $83.91 per barrel.
