Consultancy Kickster Group has added an EU allowance (EUA) request-for-quote (RFQ) service to its Kickster Fuel EU Marketplace, allowing users to request quotes to buy or sell EUAs.

The new service gives registered users access to a regulated intermediary through the marketplace, with transactions subject to KYC and counterparty onboarding requirements, it said in an emailed update on Friday.

Users can assess their FuelEU Maritime and EU ETS exposure through Kickster’s integrated calculators before requesting an EUA quotation.

FuelEU Maritime pooling remains the core function of the marketplace, while the new service provides an additional tool for companies managing their EU emissions compliance.

Kickster launched the digital platform in March 2026 and has since added features including market alerts and API access to live marketplace data.

“Our objective has always been to simplify the way maritime companies understand and manage increasingly complex environmental compliance obligations,” Pietro Valaguzza, CEO of Kickster Group, said.

“FuelEU pooling remains at the heart of the Marketplace, but our users are managing FuelEU and EU ETS exposure at the same time.”
