Most of the world was still rummaging through Easter baskets as there was little volatility to WTI and Brent today.

There has been an intensified focus on the Keystone Pipeline as the U.S. State Department said it would delay making a recommendation on the project until the questions surrounding the route of the pipeline are resolved.

The debate is currently in the hands of the Nebraska Supreme Court which is considering how the route through the state was approved.

This may delay the U.S. State Department decision until earliest November. Bunker prices were stable in the primary ports.
