  • Delta Corp Europe ApS under compulsory dissolution since August 14, Danish registry shows
  • Singapore unit was ordered into liquidation by the High Court in August 2025

The Danish arm of Delta Corp Holdings has been sent for compulsory dissolution by the Danish Business Authority, registry records show, a year after the group's Singapore shipping unit was ordered into liquidation.

Delta Corp Europe ApS, registered at Rungsted Kyst north of Copenhagen, was established in June 2019 as the group's European shipping unit and had one employee, according to the Danish central business register, which lists Delta Corp Shipping B.V. as its owner.

The register records the compulsory dissolution status from August 14, 2026, a procedure the authority typically initiates when a company fails to file annual accounts or maintain the management the law requires.

Danish outlet ShippingWatch, which reported the Danish liquidation on Friday, has said that the unit's managing director and sole employee, Henrik Jeremiassen, had left and that the group's shipping business has closed.

The High Court of Singapore ordered the winding up of Delta Corp Shipping Pte Ltd on August 29, 2025, on the application of Marshall Islands-registered Lym Holdings, according to the Government Gazette notice, after bunker trader Arte Bunkering had filed an earlier application.

The group's marine fuel business, Delta Energy Fuel Supply & Trading, which delivered 249,000 mt of bunkers in 2022 according to an investor presentation, is understood to have ceased trading.

Its ARA physical supply team left in May 2024 to launch Verde Marine Energy with the backing of Dutch shipping group Vertom, and its former head of global trading Chris Todd is now part of the setup at Saudi-backed Eleven Energy.
