After making some gains through the week, Ship & Bunker data showed bunker prices in Asia were soft on Friday.

Singapore saw IFO380 move down $1.50 to $636.50 per metric tonne (pmt) while low sulfur 380 cSt product (LS380) was unchanged at $723.00, widening the premium for the Emissions Control Area (ECA) compliant fuel to $86.50 pmt. MGO in the port moved down $0.50 to $939.00 pmt.

Markets in Europe and the wider EMEA region mostly saw small mixed movements, with key port Rotterdam seeing IFO380 slip $0.50 to $607.50 pmt. LS380 in the port dropped $1.50 to $637.50 making the premium for the low sulfur product $30.00 pmt. MGO was down $0.50 to $917.00 pmt.

Fujairah IFO380 remained at $639.00 pmt for a week-on-week gain of just $+1.00, while MGO was down $1.00 to $1024.00 pmt for a gain of $17.50 on the week.

In the Americas, prices were falling on South America's Atlantic coast, with IFO380 in Santos down $7.50 to 637.50 pmt, while markets in the North of the continent were more mixed.

Houston IFO380 moved up $0.50 to $617.00 pmt for a week-on-week change of just $-0.50. LS380 moved down $0.50 to $701.50 making the premium for the low sulfur grade $84.50 pmt, while MGO dropped $1.00 to $1010.00 pmt, down $9.00 on the week.
