ES Group (Holdings) Ltd. (ES Group) of Singapore says two bunker vessels, Sea Tanker I and Sea Tanker II, have been delivered, following a previously announced delay.

The company said Sea Tanker II has been delivered to its charterer, following the delivery of Sea Tanker I in March.

ES Group had originally planned to deliver the first vessel to its subsidiary, ES Shipping Pte. Ltd. for chartering to Sea Hub Tankers Pte. Ltd. (Sea Hub Tankers) in the third quarter of 2012, and had planned to sell Sea Tanker II to Sea Hub Tankers in the second half of 2012.

However it announced in January that the arrival of both vessels would be delayed.

"Barring unforeseen circumstances, the demise charter of Sea Tanker I and the sale of Sea Tanker II, in aggregate, is expected to contribute positively to the Group's financial performance in the current financial year," said CEO Christopher Low Chee Leng.
