Yujin Sells Another Bunker Tanker to a Singapore Operator
Tanker owner and charterer Yujin International Ltd (Yujin) says it has sold another single hull bunker tanker to an unnamed Singapore based operator.
The 1992 built, 4,118 deadweight tonne (dwt) M/T Reliance was sold by wholly owned subsidiary Yujin Carriers Pte Ltd for a cash consideration of S$2.0 million ($1.61 million), the company said.
The vessel has already been delivered to her new owners.
Earlier in the month Yujin said it had sold another one of its bunker tankers, M/T Gallant, also to an unnamed Singapore based operator.
As with the earlier sale, the company said that the proceeds will be used to partly repay an existing bank loan, and for working capital purposes.
The company's remaining two bunker tankers, Arcturus and Team Bee, are currently on time charter.
