Promotions Anounced at BMS United Bunkers
BMS United Bunkers Wednesday announced in an emailed press release the promotions of Eleni Karlafti and George Makrakis to Senior Bunker Traders.
"Eleni joined our company 15 years ago, while George came aboard 10 years ago as Bunker Traders in our Piraeus Office," said BMS
"Eleni's and George's performance has always been influential for BMS United Bunkers.
"We are sure that will both bring a fruitful experience to their new roles and prove us right for our decision to grand them the position of the Senior Bunker Trader."
In a separate announcement Wednesday, BMS United Bunkers said it has agreed to become the main sponsor of the 48th Andros International Yacht Race, "one of the most significant and historic yacht races in Greece."
BMS United Bunkers was formed effective June 1, 2014 when BMS Bunkers merged with Singapore headquartered United Bunkering & Trading.
