Chemoil Adani Expands Supply to Ports in Southern Africa

India based Chemoil Adani Pvt Ltd (Chemoil Adani) has started the supply of marine fuels at a number of ports in Southern Africa, thanks to a new "special arrangement" with local physical suppliers, the company has told Ship & Bunker.

Chemoil Adani says it will be supplying both IFO180 RME and MGO DMA to ISO 8217 standard.

The ports now being serviced are: Kenya (Mombasa), Dar es Salaam (Tanzania), Ports of Mozambique, Durban, Richards Bay, East London, Port Elizabeth, Cape Town, and Namibia.

Chemoil Adani is a joint venture between SGX listed Chemoil and India's Adani Group.

Earlier this year it announced the maiden bunkering at Chennai as part of expansion plans in India.
