The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore is pleased to announce that the programme for SIBCON 2014 is now available online at www.sibconsingapore.com. With a focus on cross sector dialogue, the agenda once again emphasises a range of industry round table discussions to gain perspectives from oil majors, independents, traders, ship owners and testing agencies.

High level keynote sessions will also provide a spotlight on pertinent industry issues, and comprehensive updates on new game changers in the marine fuel markets.
