Chairman and Founder of Titan Petrochemicals Group Resigns

Mr. Tsoi Tin Chun, chairman of the board at Hong Kong headquartered Titan Petrochemicals Group Limited (Titan) has resigned effective today, the company has announced.

Mr. Tsoi, who will continue in a non-executive director role at the Hong Kong listed firm, was one of the company's founders and had served in the role since the company's inception in May 2002.

Also effective July 3, 2012 Zhao Xuguang and Fu Yongyuan will be appointed as executive directors.

Mr Zhao is currently a co-chairman of charitable organization China Fortune Foundation Limited and will be also appointed as the company's chairman of the board with immediate effect.

Mr Fu is general manager of Japanese entertainment firm Rojam Entertainment Holdings Limited.

Titan describes itself as a provider of oil logistic and marine services in the Asia Pacific region.
