Bunker Prices make Further Small Gains in Asia
With the exception of Russian ports, Bunker prices in East Asia climbed today, while South East Asia prices were mixed.
Singapore IFO380 was steady at $610.00 per metric tonne (pmt) making a week-on-week gain of $19.00 but down $38.00 over the past month, while MGO moved down $2.00 to $927.00 pmt, up $9.00 on last Friday's price and down $51.00 in the last month.
Hong Kong IFO380 continued to climb for a fourth consecutive day rising $2.50 to $621.50 pmt, up $12.50 week-on-week and down $61.50 over three months. MGO gained $3.50 to $951.00 adding $5.50 to last Friday's price.
Tokyo IFO380 moved up for a second consecutive day climbing $4.00 to $666.00 pmt, up just $0.50 week-on-week and down $8.50 over the previous two weeks, while MDO also moved up a second consecutive day adding $2.50 to bring the price to $945.00 pmt.
Shanghai 380 cSt product gained $4.50 to $632.00 pmt adding $12.50 to last week's price and down $48.50 in a month, and MGO climbed $9.50 to $1070.50 for a week-on-week increase of $14.00 pmt.
Busan IFO380 was up $0.50 to $664.50 pmt gaining $14.50 week-on-week and down $15.50 in the past month, while MGO rose $2.50 to $961.00 an increase of $5.00 on last Friday's price.
