Aegean Expands US West Coast Team
Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. [NYSE: ANW] (Aegean) has hired a new Sales Representative at its new offices located in Long Beach, U.S., the global bunker player has told Ship & Bunker.
Francesca Himelman, who was previously a bunker trader at Fratelli Cosulich's New York-based subsidiary Asamar, will join Aegean effective March 1, 2016.
"We are very happy to welcome Francesca to our growing Los Angeles team. Francesca is well known to the industry and will hit the ground running from the first day", said Keith Richardson, Aegean's West Coast Director of Supply.
The move was said to be in line with previous comments from Aegean's President, E. Nikolas Tavlarios, and will "support Aegean's goal of growing its global footprint with minimal start-up costs and position the company well for continued expansion."
