Update 1: New Hire and New Office for Cockett Marine Oil

Cockett Marine Oil has announced in an emailed press release it has hired former UK-based OW Bunker Trading Manager John Tsogas as Senior Bunker Trader at its recently opened office in Greece.

The move will see Tsogas, who spent several years at Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. [NYSE: ANW] prior to joining OW Bunker last year, working once again with fellow former Aegean colleague Nellos Filopoulos.

The Greece office, managed by Filopoulos, was opened in July.

In a separate statement, the bunker supplier said it has also opened a new location in Turkey.

The office will be managed by Mr. Ilker (Illy) Dibekoglu and he will be assisted by fellow Bunker Trader, Ms. Burcu Meselik.
