GAC Bunker Fuels Expands UK Team
GAC Bunker Fuels today announced in an emailed press release it has expanded its UK operation with the appointment of Ida Ryberg as Bunker Trader.
Ryberg, a former GAC Denmark Shipping Assistant, joins Andy Boichat and Resham Rai at GAC's offices in London, and will also work with Kenny Petrie in Aberdeen, and Murray Bishop and Dimitra Maniati in Southampton.
"The global bunkering market is facing significant change and challenges in the coming years. Regulatory compliance, emission controls, economic pressures and volatile prices are factors that will continue to impact supply and demand," said Nicholas Browne, Global Director of GAC Bunker Fuels.
"In response, we are developing our infrastructure and hiring the right talent to continue to serve our customers effectively and help them deal with the new dynamics of the market."
GAC Bunker Fuels also made recent additions to its team in Singapore and Houston.
