A new oil terminal opening in Cape Verde is helping to develop bunkering in the bay of Porto Grande, Macau media reports

Cape Verde-based physical supplier Enacol S.A. reportedly built the terminal for 200 million escudos (US$1.9 million) over the course of a year.

Cape Verdean Prime Minister José Maria Neves reportedly said that the new terminal will boost the country's maritime economy, and called on other private companies to also invest similarly.

Late last year, Enacol fitted its bunkering vessels with Mass Flow Meters (MFMs), which the company said was an effort to increase transparency and reliability in its services.
