Houston IFO380 moved up $4.00 to $609.00 per metric tonne (pmt), gaining $10.50 week-on-week, and down $1.50 over the past month. Low sulfur 380 cSt product (LS380) rose $3.50 to $709.00 making the premium for the Emissions Control Area (ECA) compliant fuel $100.00 pmt. MGO was up $5.00 to $992.50 pmt, adding $4.50 to last Monday's price.
LA / Long Beach IFO380 fell for a second consecutive market day dropping $14.00 to $634.00 pmt, up $4.50 from last Monday but with a spread of $25.50 in that time. LS380 moved down $7.00 to $746.00 making the premium for the low sulfur fuel $112.00 pmt. MGO slipped $5.00 to $1007.50 pmt, gaining $9.50 week-on-week.
New York IFO380 was down for a second consecutive market day falling $0.50 to $607.00 pmt, adding $1.50 to last week's price, and $29.00 lower than the price on November 19, 2012. LS380 rose $3.00 to $655.50 making the premium for the low sulfur grade $48.50 pmt. MGO moved up $3.50 to $1016.50 pmt, making a $5.00 week-on-week gain.
Vancouver IFO380 was up for the first time since December 7, 2012 climbing $4.00 to $622.00 pmt, $15.00 down on last Monday's price, and $28.00 lower than the price a month ago. LS380 climbed $0.50 to $874.50 making the premium for the low sulfur fuel $252.50 pmt. MGO rose for the first time since December 10, 2012 gaining $8.50 to $1067.50 pmt, down $8.50 week-on-week.
