Malaysian bunkering and services firm Tumpuan Megah Development Sdn Bhd (TMD) Monday said it plans to list its shares on the Bursa Malaysia, formerly known as Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, Reuters reports.

TMD, which is four years old, said it was looking to make the public offering in the second quarter of 2016.

The move is aimed at raising capital for expansion and future development, founder and adviser Jason Goh Teck Chai was quoted as saying.

Last year Ship & Bunker reported TMD said it was looking to expand into new markets in the nation, with company Director Raja Ismail Datuk Raja Mohamed saying he believed the company had "a bright future."
