Aegean Marine Petroleum today has announced the addition of three recruits to its Singapore office.

Gilbert Goh has taken the position as Regional Trading Manager - Asia, and is joined by Eric Toh as Sales Manager, and Sarah Sim as Senior Bunker Trader.

Prior to joining Aegean, Goh has had much experience in the Asian bunker markets, having previously worked for World Fuel Services and, as Ship & Bunker previously reported, was most recently at OceanConnect Marine.

"We are delighted to welcome Gilbert, Eric and Sarah into the team in Singapore" said Nik Tavlarios, President of Aegean Marine Petroleum.

"The addition of Gilbert and his colleagues underlines the importance with which Aegean views the Asian markets and building the expertise of our team is part of our strategy to expand our presence in the region."

In addition to being active in Singapore as a physical supplier for the past 10 years, earlier this year the global player opened a representative office in Seoul, and has maintained an office in Shanghai since 2015.
