Prices in North America continued to be mixed on Tuesday, with any movements generally kept small.

Houston IFO380 slipped $0.50 to $608.50 per metric tonne (pmt), rising $10.00 week-on-week, and down $2.00 from last month. Low sulfur 380 cSt product (LS380) fell $0.50 to $708.50 making the premium for the Emissions Control Area (ECA) compliant fuel $100.00 pmt. MGO dropped $1.00 to $991.50 pmt, up $12.00 from last week.

LA / Long Beach IFO380 moved down for a third consecutive market day slipping just $1.00 today to $633.00 pmt gaining $3.00 week-on-week, and down $61.00 from the previous month. LS380 was unchanged at $746.00 making the premium for the low sulfur product $113.00 pmt. MGO in the port rose $0.50 to $1008.00 pmt, a gain of $13.00 from last Tuesday.

New York IFO380 fell for a third consecutive market day down $0.50 to $606.50 pmt, $3.50 higher than week's price, and falling $29.50 from November 19, 2012. LS380 was down $2.00 to $653.50 making the premium for the low sulfur fuel $47.00 pmt. MGO slipped $0.50 to $1016.00 pmt, making a $10.00 gain week-on-week.

Vancouver IFO380 was up for a second consecutive day rising $5.50 to $627.50 pmt, slipping $5.00 from last Tuesday, and $22.50 lower than the previous month. LS380 rose $6.00 to $880.50 making the premium for the low sulfur grade $253.00 pmt. MGO in Vancouver fell $4.00 to $1063.50 pmt, making a week-on-week loss of $10.00.
