Reporting to CCO in Bunker Holding Group, the Group Regional FSP Lead Asia will be working on BHG's customer base within FSP (Fixed spot price) and FPA (Fixed price agreement) products to analyze which areas can contribute to business growth. The Group Regional FSP Lead Asia will be responsible for leading business development, key account management, commercial business planning and contract management within credit and trading limits in order to bring the Group to the next level.

High level of strategic market knowledge and professional market understanding

In the FSP and FPA business the primary role for the Group Regional FSP Lead will be to develop and expand the customer portfolio within this segment in either the US/EMEA or Asia region through close collaboration with dedicated traders focusing on one of the regions and product areas. Furthermore, the Group Regional FSP Lead Asia will investigate and explore new trends and tendencies within the market and adopt "best practices" using strategic market knowledge and solid expertise:

  • As overall responsible and expert on sales within the FSP & FPA market space, a Group Regional FSP lead must be highly capable of motivating team efforts in order to achieve agreed goals for the Bunker Holding Group.
  • Responsible for initiating relevant trading activities in clusters, offices and with traders, hereunder following up on goals, to support the growth of the business.
  • Attract and retain new customers in the FSP/FPA market presenting the "total value proposition" of Global Risk Management, Clusters and Suppliers.
  • Attending relevant meetings with customers across clusters and offices in order to offer valuable feedback and coaching when needed.
  • Ensures that offices, traders and clusters adapt and display the right attitude towards FSP/FPA by offering support and providing all with sufficient information on scheduled activities.
  • Takes part of necessary internal/external sales training/sales campaigns in clusters and offices ensuring optimum performance on matters concerning FSP/PA products.
  • Schedules meetings together with traders to market FSP & FPA to customers.
  • Heading product development within hedging.
  • Evaluate new opportunities to grow and improve performance, conduct market analyses and assist the traders and offices in business & account planning.
  • Monitor competitor intelligence ensuring Bunker Holding Group product offerings within FPA/FSP are the most competitive, in particular with reference to the value chain and bene-fits the Bunker Holding Group delivers.
  • Always be on top and ahead of the game, maintaining a strong understanding of the total market and competition on FSP/FPA products.
  • Continuously develop and educate traders to be fully fledged in dealing with FSPs and FPAs to drive sales and profitability for the benefit of the BH Group.

Finally, a relevant track record with relevant trading experience is required and a proven track-record within marketing and education as well. You must possess a well-versed toolbox with financial and analytical skills in order to deliver on financial modelling and valuation.  Strong industry experience within risk management tools and solutions, e.g. hedging. Knowledge and experience within banking and cash pool arrangements, treasury instruments and hedging strategies. As a person, you are trustworthy and passionate with an entrepreneurial mind set. You thrive with high speed and are result oriented. You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
