Monjasa CEO and Co-Founder Jan Jacobsen Steps Down

Jan Jacobsen, one of the co-founders and major shareholder of bunker company Monjasa, has stepped down from his role as CEO and Member of the Board with immediate effect, Danish media reports.
The move was said to be due to personal reasons.
Jacobsen, who is understood to own 50 percent of the Monjasa Group, is already no longer listed as a board member on the company's website.
Along with fellow co-founder, CEO, and Member of the Board Anders Østergaard, Jacobsen had already taken a step back from the daily management of the company at the end of 2014.
At the time, Østergaard said the change was so they could "concentrate on consolidating our business."
