The co-owners and founders of Denmark's Monjasa A/S, Anders Østergaard and Jan Jacobsen, are withdrawing from daily management of the company, Shippingwatch reports

Østergaard has plans to move to Dubai with his family in 2015, while Jacobsen will go on to become a director of Monjasa Holding A/S, of which Monjasa is a subsidiary of.

"We are taking a step back from daily operations, so we can concentrate on consolidating our business," said Østergaard.

"Things have gone fast these past years and now we need to focus more on consolidation rather than expanding.

We will get the time to do this by moving up a step in the organization."

The company's Head of Trading Ricky Kenbjerg will replace the two as Director and CEO.

"The Middle East represents a significant growth region for us, and from Dubai we're also covering our activities in Africa," continued Østergaard.

"We're planning to open an office in Angola in the near future, so there's plenty of strategic work for me to do in this region."
