Cockett Announces Relocation of UK Office
Cockett Group (Cockett) today announced that its UK branch has relocated its office from Kent to London Bridge.
"This is an exciting move for Cockett and I wish our UK branch and team all the best for the future," said Robin van Elderen Commercial Head for Cockett in Europe.
The move is said to be intended to better serve the Group's present and future needs, as well as attract talent and help grow the team.
"Location and environment are key to business success and I am confident this location change to London will bring new opportunities to the UK branch and to the Group," said Cem Saral, Group Chief Executive Officer for Cockett.
Cockett, which is headquartered in Dubai-UAE, is noted to operate 16 offices across 5 continents, trading volumes of more than 7 million metric tonnes per year.
In September, Cockett announced that it had completed a series of new hires for its commercial team, including a new supply manager in Singapore, Hazel Chen.
