Global bunker prices ended the week with continued losses on Friday, Ship & Bunker price data showed.

Bunker prices for all grades fell throughout the Asia/Pacific region, with key grade IFO380 falling $11.00 per metric tonne (pmt) in Port Klang for a week-on-week loss of $27.00, while the product was down $18.00 pmt in Port Kembla.

Singapore IFO380 moved down $5.50 to $637.00 per metric tonne (pmt) for a week-on-week drop of $22.00, while Low sulfur 380 cSt product (LS380) fell $0.50 to $735.00 making the premium for the Emissions Control Area (ECA) compliant fuel $98.00 pmt. MGO slipped $4.00 to $979.00 pmt.

In Europe prices continued to slide with some ports, including Gdansk and Valletta, seeing IFO380 made a double digit drop.

Rotterdam IFO380 has been falling since February 14, and today was down $7.00 to $622.00 pmt. LS380 slipped $3.00 to $662.00 to put its premium over IFO380 at $40.00 pmt. MGO moved down $12.00 to $971.50 pmt.

Elsewhere in the EMEA region, Fujairah IFO380 dropped $3.50 to $655.00 pmt for a week-on-week change of $-6.00. MGO fell $0.50 to $1009.50 pmt.

In the Americas, prices were down in ports across the region with Suriname showing a drop of $25.00 pmt for IFO380.

Houston IFO380 moved down $5.50 to $632.50 pmt, a change of $21.50 over the week, while LS380 slipped $3.50 to $731.00 to make its premium $98.50 pmt. MGO was down $2.50 to $1052.50 pmt.
